This research focuses on millennial visitors who have come to several natural tourist destinations in Southern Sumatra, with a sample of 110 visitors selected through purposive sampling. The survey output shows that eWoM has no notable effect on the image of a destination brand. However, the quality of the destination brand has a prominent clout on the image of a destination brand. Furthermore, the image of a destination brand significantly affects visitor engagement and loyalty. In addition, visitor engagement has a valuable clout on loyalty. Visitor engagement mediates between the image of a destination brand and a loyalty brand for nature tourism destinations. These findings provide precious insights for marketers of nature tourism destinations, offering alternative strategies to increase and maintain visitor loyalty.
Heri Setiawan, Rini, Alditia Detmuliati Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Manajemen https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1629 Tue, 11 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Effects Of HR Management Practices On Employee Innovative Work Behavior With Two Mediation https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1796
This research aims to reveal the influence of human resource management practices on innovative work behaviour and the mediating variables of organisational citizenship behaviour and employee satisfaction. This research was conducted at Khairun University with a sample of 150 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire and distributed via the Google Form application. To analyse the data, Partial Leads Square (PLS) was used. The results of the description of respondents' answers revealed that all research variables were assessed by respondents in the sufficient category. The seven hypotheses tested in this research were declared accepted, both direct and indirect effects. Six have a positive direction of influence, and only one has a negative influence, namely the influence of human resource management practices on innovative work behaviour. So, whether an endogenous variable is good or bad is determined by the condition of the exogenous variable. Based on these findings, it is recommended that severe attention from leadership elements be given to improve all the variables studied to improve the organisation.
Marwan Marwan, Fadhliah Alhadar Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Manajemen https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1796 Thu, 13 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 The Role Of Organisational Commitment In Mediating Work-Life Balance On Employee Performance https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1885
The current study proposed to examine the mediating role of organisational commitment dimensions in the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance at BPR Denpasar City, with assets exceeding 100 billion. With a sample of 249 employees, the research reveals a notable gap in prior studies regarding utilising organisational commitment dimensions as mediators. Questionnaires were used to gather data, which SEM-PLS analysis techniques were then used to process. The findings show that Work-life balance has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Affective, continuance and normative commitment significantly influence employee performance. Affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment mediate the results of work-life balance and employee performance.
I Made Dena Julio Mahendra Saputra, Anak Agung Ngurah Oka Suryadinatha Gorda Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Manajemen https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1885 Thu, 13 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Factor Affecting Work Engagement, Affective Commitment, And Organizational Citizenship Behavior https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1817
This study examines the effect of transformational leadership on work engagement, affective commitment, and OCB both directly and indirectly. The government has provided an e-catalogue as an online shopping application that provides products from various commodities the government needs. However, this was followed by something other than the realisation of e-purchasing on the e-catalogue. The purpose was to identify the elements that impact the desire to buy via e-catalogue. Using the criterion of commitment-making officers (CMOs) in local Indonesian governments who purchased laptop items, this research used simple random selection to get 135 respondents. An examination of the data obtained from the e-questionnaire was carried out using SEM. It was shown that several factors, including self-efficacy, perceived behavioural control, attitude, and subjective norms, directly and significantly influenced the intention to purchase. The perceived web quality, however, could have been better.
Paramitha Agdina Pusparini, Hartoyo, Megawati Simanjuntak Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Manajemen https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1955 Thu, 13 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Beyond Convenience: Understanding E-Service Quality Role In Fostering E-Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1956
This research investigates the relationships between e-service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty within Indonesian e-commerce, explicitly focusing on the Shopee platform. Analyse 279 Shopee customers; the study examines the impact of website design, customer service, security, and fulfilment on e-service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Using the purposive sampling method and SEM-PLS inferential analysis, the findings highlight the significant influence of website design on e-service quality. In contrast, customer service and security exhibit no statistically significant impact. Interestingly, efficient fulfilment emerges as a pivotal factor in enhancing e-service quality. This study underscores the significant influence of e-service quality in paving e-customer loyalty, directly or indirectly, via the mediating role of customer satisfaction. The implications of the research extend to actionable insights for e-commerce enterprises, offering strategic guidance to navigate and succeed in the competitive digital landscape of Indonesia.
Siti Yolanda Rahman Utami, Edy Yulianto, Agung Nugroho L.I.F Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Manajemen https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1956 Thu, 13 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Factors Affecting Brand Loyalty At Hotpot Restaurant In Jakarta https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/1783
This research aims to indicate whether social media marketing, brand experience and brand image predict brand loyalty for hotpot restaurants in Jakarta, directly or indirectly, from a customer engagement perspective. In this research, the measurement method used is SRISK, which aims to measure the potential capital shortage of a bank when there is pressure on the market. The lack of capital from a bank, which is an individual risk for a bank, also poses the potential for a contagious threat which could end up becoming a systemic risk in the banking system in Indonesia. This research shows that several banks, through SRISK calculations, have the potential for capital shortages when market pressure occurs, especially from 2019 to 2022. In this research, bank size and non-interest income are essential factors in systemic risk in the banking system. Meanwhile, business complexity does not affect systemic risk in Indonesia.
Aditya Kristianto Marjono, Dony Abdul Chalid Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Manajemen https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ecojoin.org/index.php/EJM/article/view/2007 Thu, 13 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700
