The result shows dynamic connectedness between stablecoins and the stocks indices; this research continues to adopt the DCC-GARCH t-copula method to find investment strategies by calculating the hedging ratio and portfolio weight. Overall, this research finds evidence that portfolio construction can significantly reduce investment risk in all assets used on two assets, Nikkei225 and JKSE. However, the financial literacy of Indonesians is low, with victims of fictitious investment cases increasing yearly. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy (FL) and Investment Experience (IE) on Investment Decisions (ID) with Risk Tolerance (RT) as a mediating variable. The method used is Partial Least Square and involves 185 stock investors aged 18 to 40 years domiciled in Java and Bali, using a purposive sampling technique and the Hair formula. Using quantitative methods in 105 B2B MSMEs employing marketing automation tools, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 software for analysis. Findings reveal that Technology Readiness significantly impacts ICT Capability, with innovation indicators holding a dominant 67.240 per cent effect. ICT Capability positively influences marketing automation, primarily driven by the use of ICT (84.600 per cent). Marketing automation correlates positively with B2B CRM, notably through message reach (65.610 per cent). B2B CRM, in turn, significantly affects Marketing Performance, emphasising improved customer relationship quality (77.400 per cent) and expanded market influence (42.250 per cent). Notably, technology readiness does not directly impact marketing automation, necessitating ICT capability for practical implementation in customer relationship management. That is the aim of the study, which applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy-AHP methods. The analysis would serve to identify the key factors and establish strategic recommendations. The results show that facilities are the highest criterion (thirty-four point seven per cent AHP; thirty-four point four per cent Fuzzy-AHP). The global weight calculation shows that Maintaining the ecosystem and cleanliness of beaches/lakes/hot springs are priority elements (eight point six per cent AHP; eight point five per cent Fuzzy-AHP). The sensitivity analysis shows that the results could be more robust, consistent, and stable. These results indicate no significant difference between the AHP and Fuzzy-AHP methods. The tourism development strategy for Siau Tagulandang Biaro Regency must prioritise improving the cleanliness and health of tourist destinations. This was caused by several reasons, such as war and two large banks' bankruptcies, namely Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank; many investors have switched to gold investment. Indonesians are used to gold investment; various Fintech applications have provided digital gold investment, and the government also has regulations for digital gold investments, but Indonesians still hesitate to use digital gold for investment. This study aims to analyse the effect of some factors on digital gold applications using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and adding external variables such as perceived risk and self-efficacy. The results showed that all TAM variables had a positive effect, and self-efficacy and perceived risk variables also had a positive effect. This study aims to identify the characteristics that impact employee performance. The sampling technique used in this research is cluster random sampling based on region. Questionnaires were randomly distributed to 90 employees from a population exceeding 600 marine products SMEs in the North Jakarta coastal area. The respondents included 54 male and 36 female employees, aged between 18 and 45 years, with work experience ranging from 1 to 5 years. The test results indicate that firm-related factors positively but less significantly affect employee performance. In contrast, other hypotheses show a positive and significant impact. The sample was 74 state universities in Indonesia. Variable measurement uses questionaries. Data analysis uses path analysis. Based on data analysis, anthropomorphism positively affects sustainable organisational identity in state higher education institutions. Second, agile leadership positively affects sustainable organisational identity in state higher education. Third, sustainable organisational identity positively affects competitive advantage in state higher education institutions. However, more than a culture of innovation needs to look only at the trigger aspect, it also needs to look at the impact that will be created. Therefore, this research will explain the relationship between entrepreneurs and business characteristics in the context of the ability to see opportunities and improve in creating an innovation culture and the impact of innovation culture on achieving business continuity. Using a sample of 147 (98 per cent) entrepreneur respondents in Palembang, the research hypothesis was tested using structural equation modelling (SEM) and partial least squares (PLS) analysis with Warp PLS version 5.0 software.
